梁在完教授在美国Virginia Tech攻读战略人力资源管理专业并获得经营学博士学位。 曾在纽约理工学院 (New York Institute of Technology, NYIT) 担任助理教授, 目前担任韩国外国语大学经营学院教授。在韩国经营学会、韩国人事管理学会、韩国人事组织学会、领导力学会及韩国企业经营学会等学会历任编辑委员、部门委员长(人事、组织)、理事、常任理事等。在中央人事委员会和监察院等主要政府部门和多家韩国企业执行经营诊断。在Journal of Management(FT 50 journal)、Industrial and Labor Relations Review(ILR Review)、Human Resource Management(FT 50 journal)、International Journal of Human Resource Management等海外著名期刊发表了多篇论文。尤其是关于组织无礼行为的研究“How a climate for incivility affects business unit performance: Testing a linkage model”在全球最高权威经营学会The Academy of Management获得了2011年度最佳论文奖 (HR类别)。拥有美国SHRM主管人事专家资格, 主要著作有《可持续经营的人力资源管理》等, 除了著书活动以外, 同时还在进行多项研究活动。
